The ability to conduct both private and group chats

It's fairly reliable most of the time
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not as functional as it's competition such as ms teams, and there were some issues with security.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think about whether you want to use your conferencing tool for more than just meetings - if you do, I'd choose something else.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom has a very easy-to-use user interface in both the app and in-browse settings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that Zoom comes out with new features all the time and is always looking to better its product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not like that Zoom's tech support chat is not as knowledgeable as I feel that they should be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would definitely consider Zoom for conferencing in a remote organization over any other product.
