What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Not much - it's a fine product, but pretty average. Can do a lot more with Teams and other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The video chat feature (the main feature) is pretty solid and overall the product is very reliable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing that really makes it unique, feels like they're happy where they are and aren't making it any better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's fine, but there's better solutions out there than this.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
There's not really much that differentiates it from other products. It's easy enough to use and does what it needs to do.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to use for video chats with vendors, etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not particularly inspiring, it's just a basic software with not many extra frills.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's fine, not as good as teams, but overall a decent product.
