What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
So many companies use Zoom, so it is easy for outside parties to navigate if the join for a meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We use this for group interview settings and it is easy to set controls and record meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
no complaints
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can sign up for the free account and get the bulk of the features, but for longer meetings and additional add-ons the paid subscription is worth it.

Best Video Conferencing, but a bit expensive

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Ease of use. I've used GoToMeeting and some people struggle with some of the controls
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sharing a screen, blurring the background, and most other features are very easy to find
What do you dislike most about this product?
I believe that the audio controls could be located in an easier place to access for a quick change in volume
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For remote teams that collaborate daily, this is the best product
