Wish I can organize my zoom chat contacts better

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Basic features like video conferences are great. Not sure if this is only for Zoom Enterprise features but I also really enjoy the filters available and the selection of background images to maintain some level of privacy when WFH, However, I think the UX can be improved in the Zoom chats.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom filters on video conferences -- the natural one that allows you to blur imperfections on your face like when you're having a bad skin day. Great when you have to virtually "show up" in a meeting. Also appreciate the ability to add a backgrounds, especially if you work from home it's nice to have that privacy :)
What do you dislike most about this product?
How I can not organize my contacts in my organization in Zoom chats like Slack. For example, alphabetically. When you have a long list of contacts it's very difficult to scroll down the list to find your contacts especially when the list is organized by most recent contacts or most recently added contacts. My other feedback is on Zoom Video conferences. Sometimes I don't like how it opens a new window every time I want to join a meeting -- happens even when I'm using the Zoom app. Reducing that one step would make user navigation more seamless.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Depends on their use case but Zoom is ok for video conferences, I like the filters available on days when I have to virtually show up and look groggy, and being able to change my background is really nice especially when you're working from home -- sometimes it crashes or glitches or slows down everything else on your laptop if screen sharing.
