For the most part it just works, everyone knows it and has it installed already.

Cost is high for those who only use it a few times a year.

Unless you are buying in large quantity don't waste your time looking at alternatives. Zoom is by far the most refined product in the market.

User friendly interface:Zoom offers straightforward and intuitive UX,making it easy for users of all technical levels to join and host meeting without much hussle. Multi platform platform. Zoom is avaliable on various platforms including Windows, Linux, IOS and Android. This allows users to participants to join meetings from their preferred device.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Virtual background. Zoom allows users to set their preferred virtual background,which can be images or videos, to enhance privacy and add fun and creativity to the meeting. Recording options. Users can record meetings for later reference or share it with absentee members.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Dependence on internet connectivity. Zoom heavily relies on stable internet connection, slow or unreliable internet can lead to poor video and audio quality, which can be disruptive and frustrating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend zoom any day. Zoom offers robust webinars functionalities. It probises the ability to host webinars, making it suitable for large scale online events, conferences and presentations. Chat and file sharing. Participants can send messages to the entire group or privately to specific individual. Also, users can share files during meetings enhancing collaboration. I adore the live transcription capabilities because it makes meetings accessible to users wirh hearing impairments.
