What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Not only can users conduct meetings, but they can also share presentations and documents with easy-to-access screen-sharing options.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Users can organize audience pools and host Q&As to ensure all participants get a chance to voice their opinions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
From a customer-facing perspective Zoom should have instant analytics delivered straight after the meeting to provide insight into which prospects are most likely to buy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is an excellent video conferencing solution. It is robust, secure, and reliable.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Ease of use. Zoom has a very user friendly interface and is accessible to a wide range of users. Setting up and joining meetings is straightforward, making it easy for participants to engage in video calls and virtual meetings with remote teams. Zoom offers reliable and stable video and audio quality, resulting in a smoother meeting experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Screen sharing and collaboration-Participants can share screen, making it very seamless to collaborate on documents, presentations and other files in real-time. Virtual background and filters. Virtual background allows users to change their backdrop during video calls.This helps to add an element of fun in video meetings. Integration with third party applications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We occasionally experience connectivity issues or disruption during meetings which leads to frustration and loss of productivity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend it because it is easy to hold virtual meeting with it's user friendly interface. You can host webinars and large meetings with numerous participants. Has the recording options for future reference and sharing.
