Easy to use almost no training needed

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom's whiteboard feature is super handy, especially in big groups and during training sessions. The Zoom whiteboard brings a lively touch to working together, making it easy to share ideas visually. It can also help break the ice in meetings in less formal situations. This sets Zoom apart from other similar tools out there.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom really stands out when it comes to keeping video calls smooth and hassle-free. Unlike some other platforms that might hit a snag here and there, Zoom's connection is solid, making a real difference in the reliability of your virtual meetings. Zoom also does an amazing job cutting out background noise. It's like magic. When I'm talking, it picks up just my voice and tunes out all the other stuff happening around me. This little touch really kicks up the audio quality, making conversations clearer and keeping distractions to a minimum in those online meetings. This makes a big difference when there are large groups in meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a bit of an inconsistent experience regarding features and layout among the web app, desktop app, and phone app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the leap. This product is incredibly user-friendly, requiring almost no training for users to start working with it effortlessly.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Easy to invite external users for meeting using the schedule option. The waiting room helps to scrren the attendees before letting them into the meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The UI is very simple with only the essential features .The screen sharing and screen access feature makes it really easy to share content with attendees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The free version only supports 30 min of meeting time any more than that the paid plan should be opted for
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended if video conferencing with external users is the main purpose
