It does what it does, but it can be better

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I feel all these video conferencing apps have become very similar, so I don't think there's anything that's super unique about Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Not much. They recently added a function where you can go back to the history of chats within video conferences. That's nice.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of good integration with Outlook. Because Zoom doesn't have an email functionality, it's not seamless like Teams. You cannot reliably look at the calendar on Zoom and just follow meetings because there are always glitches and only certain meetings show up. You always have to have a good calendar outside of it (like Outlook).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are already using the Microsoft Office, why not use Teams?
