What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Its intuitive nature and global acceptance. Whenever I have had to join video conference meetings with external partners or first level customers of my organisation, Zoom is always the go-to video conferencing software because it is what a lot of professionals globally are familiar with. This makes first-time meetings faster , as we do not need to spend time doing any setup or guiding anyone on how to navigate the Zoom platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I cherish Zoom's security protocols for video conference calls like passcode protection, waiting rooms and its role-based permission security feature. All of the aforementioned helps to better manage the activity of meeting participants and ensure that only authorised parties can perform specific actions during meetings. This level of security is essential within an organisation like mine.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When I join video conference call sessions through the Zoom mobile application, and connect my Bluetooth earpiece or headphones, I realize that participants in meetings struggle to hear me.. I have heard and seen other team-mates share same complaints too.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am of the opinion that Zoom addresses the average common organisational needs, as far as video meetings are concerned.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It was the first, so it's up to it to lose incumbent status. But it's fine. They do keep improving. It's just the videoconferencing industry as a whole is very bleh.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's free and one-click join.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI is still not great.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just use it if you have to. It works.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom's exception audio and video quality makes it successful including security concerns with password protection, end to end encryption, waiting room, cross platform support like on mobile, laptop, web, desktop, tablet etc. as well as better collaboration features makes it business friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Impact of zoom's virtual communication is substantial over cost invested into it. Our organization is happy on ROI of it in different perspective and really enjoying zoom's supportive support team on need. Overall awesome product!!
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has huge internet dependency, may feel fatigue on prolonged use. Zoom's advanced features may have a steeper learning curve. A little more device use and its reliance on updates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Once people will start to use, will get affected by its awesome features.. try at least once!!
