What I like best of Zoom is its sheer versatility. It smoothly transitions from facilitating casual team check-ins to hosting large-scale webinars with hundreds of attendees and eliminates the need for multiple platforms and streamlines communication across different contexts. Whether it's the intuitive interface for quick meetings or the robust features for complex presentations, Zoom consistently delivers a reliable and user-friendly experience, making it my go-to tool for all video conferencing needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its biggest drawback for me has always been the sometimes inconsistent performance, particularly concerning bandwidth management. Even with a decent internet connection, I occasionally experience choppy video or audio, especially in larger meetings with multiple participants. It disrupts the flow of conversation and make presentations less effective. Also, the "Zoom fatigue" phenomenon, while not entirely Zoom's fault, is exacerbated by the platform's focus on constant on-screen presence, which is quite draining than other forms of communication.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will highly recommend it, especially if you prioritize reliability and ease of use. It's a great platform for everything from quick team check-ins to hosting large webinars. The video and audio quality are consistently good, and the screen sharing features are also good. I've found it to be much more stable than some other platforms, particularly when dealing with participants in areas with less reliable internet. The breakout room feature is excellent for facilitating smaller group discussions within larger meetings. it's a powerful and versatile tool that's become essential for many, and I am sure everyone will find it a valuable asset.
