What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom stands out for adding useful tools like whiteboards, smart summaries, and sales features. It stays ahead of its competitors' applications because of this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to record meetings and obtain transcripts for them is something I appreciate. It is helpful for me if I go back to see if I missed anything in the meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We face only hardware issues, as my laptop drains fast while attending the meetings on Zoom.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My advice is to never ignore updates because those updates are provided to fix the bugs and issues we face.

Zoom is very user friendly and it uses less data It has a strong data encryption system

It is some times slow especially when in a poor network

Someone should have a stable Internet connection in order to use Zoom effectively. Someone should have a Google account to use Zoom

Offers clear video and sound quality, especially on stable internet connections. It's easy to use, setup, even for beginners.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that Zoom facilities group work and discussions in smaller, separate sessions within a larger meeting. Works well on Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, and web browsers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For optimal performance Zoom requires stable internet connection.

Great for team meetings, collaboration and communication.
