Zoom differentiates itself by offering a changing background option and adding recreation effects without needing any extra setup.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom makes it simple to record meetings and store them for later, which is why I like it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fee plan limit is interruption for longer meetings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I advise you to use waiting rooms and passcodes for better security.

Syncs my plan with the scheduler.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom's planner is better than GoToMeeting for setting up calls, and the calendar links make my day easier. It's my computer scheduler for events.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When the calendar syncs with Outlook, zoom links are automatically added to invites. I can set up regular calls, like syncs every week, with just one setup.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The planner is only for paid users; free users have to add links by hand.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you go pro, Zoom's planner is great for people with busy lives.
