What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

I'm a therapist and i have back-to-back appointments all day. the waiting room feature in zoom is essential for my work. it lets me control exactly when a client enters our session.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This gives my clients privacy. i can finish up with one person, take a breath, and then admit the next person from the waiting room when i am ready. it's like a real waiting room for my virtual office. it's very professional.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only problem is that sometimes i forget to check the waiting room if i am writing notes. i wish the notification that someone is waiting was bigger or more obvious.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For anyone who needs to manage who comes into a meeting and when, the waiting room is a perfect feature.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

- it has a user-friendly interface which makes it east for almost anyone to join or host a virtual meeting regardless for their technical capability. - can join a Zoom meeting from various different devices (laptop, desktop or web browser) with just a Zoom invite link. - free to use for the basic plan unless you choose the advanced one with offers more advances features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- pretty easy to install, there is an option to join a Zoom meeting without downloading the Zoom app - most of the features are quite user friendly and intuitive, - cost is low/free. - audio and video quality is very consistent and high. It supports larger number of participants without much issues most of the time,

What do you dislike most about this product?

- basic plan only offers limited options, would love to see more options and features in the basic plan - occasionally, there could be some technical glitches especially joining larger group meetings. Issues like video freezing or difficulty connecting especially in areas with low/unreliable internet connections could happen sometimes so it'd great to improve this glitch in improve the quality of virtual meetings. - there are some concerns about privacy and security including data sharing practices and encryption issues. I'd appreciate if there could be more improvement in this matter.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendations is to do more research about the features and functionalities for similar products beforehand. Each of these similar products has their own strengths and weaknesses. There are many similar products (for example Zooms, Microsoft Teams) in the market; hence it is important for the users to find a product best to suit their needs at work.

Easy real-time collaboration improves team productivity.

Occasional syncing issues with calendar integrations.
