Chat is Simple and Effective

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Our marketing team of 15 uses the chat in every meeting. It's great for sharing links, asking questions without interrupting the speaker, and having side conversations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's simple but it works really well. I like that i can send a message to everyone, or just to one person privately. It helps keep our meetings on track because not every question needs to stop the presentation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The chat disappears after the meeting ends. If someone shared an important link, you have to remember to save it before you leave the call, or it's gone forever. This is very annoying.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For quick messages during a meeting, the chat is perfect. Just dont forget to save anything important from it.
