What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
i'm a manager of a 30-person department. during our weekly team meetings, i use polls to get quick feedback on ideas. i can set up a multiple-choice question and launch it during the meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
it's a great way to get everyone's opinion quickly and anonymously. people are more honest when they know their name isn't attached to their vote. it helps me make decisions with the team's input.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the polling feature is very basic. you can't ask open-ended questions, only multiple choice. it's good for simple questions but not for deep feedback.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
i recommend using polls to make your meetings more democratic and to get a quick pulse check from your team.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Has the enhanced improved team chat feature which makes the ZOOM an all in one tool for online meeting and real-time chat collaboration with team. This has helped me communicate effectively and share feedback relatively in a good centralised way. Zoom pricing stands out of the most unique for me because is scalable enough
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the Digital Signage of Zoom that is very easy to use and helps me to share our videos, Images and website URL in the most modernised way and transformative way to capture brand identity and voice, Has the scheduling display of the visuals that makes it possible for me to share content based on time and season
What do you dislike most about this product?
Has a wide learning curve to understand the zoom features besides the Zoom meeting only. Also some features and integrations are paid as Add ons making it appear expensive for smaller businesses to use the solution effectively
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend the tool for online meeting and team collaborations
