What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom companion mode that I use often to share the screen while am using another device for voice makes the solution very reliable especially when you have no equipments to use, comes with everything inbuilt with good voice taker that reduces the background noise and gives the meeting a good interactive experience with participants
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It easily integrates with scheduling tools like Calendly that saves me from the fatigue of creating Zoom meetng links and Calendly independently, it just makes it direct for me to use Calendly scheduling and the zoom meeting gets created automatically makes the use of different tools with zoom very convinient enough
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost of the solution for the enterprise pricing model is more expensive than the cost of other tools and given that most support is given by the ZOOM AI, makes it harder for me to connect with the human support agent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend the solution because makes my online meeting experience more suitable

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom stands out because it just works consistently across different devices and network conditions without the usual compatibility headaches I see with other video platforms during testing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a QA engineer, my favorite aspect is Zoom's rock-solid reliability - I can count on it not to crash during critical test sessions, unlike other platforms that randomly fail when I'm demonstrating bugs to developers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
what I dislike most is the limited debugging capabilities - when something goes wrong during testing, Zoom doesn't give me enough detailed logs or diagnostic info to quickly identify root causes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say go for it if you need reliable video conferencing that won't fail during important demos, but budget for additional monitoring tools if you need detailed troubleshooting capabilities.
