What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Tools like whiteboard, Annotations and collaborative docs make meeting more interactive. It's stable audio and video even in large meeting is also good compared to other similar product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's very easy to use and reliable and audio and video quality is better than what I'm using before.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Too many tools make the user interface feel cluttered.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If the person's work is meeting heavy, Zoom is a very good option.

Better meeting controls (mute all, waiting room, host control) and Strong integration with work tools (Google Calendar, Slack, etc.)

Supports large meetings (100+ participants) and Screen sharing + recording features
What do you dislike most about this product?
Free version has 40-minute limit for group meetings Security concerns in past (though improved now) Can consume more battery on mobile

Zoom is a great software, very reliable

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The best thing it is not very complex like other products, very easy to use and it provides all in one features like meetings, phone calls , chats, documentation etc. It has a built in AI to support or help in taking notes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The new AI assistance is helping so much it automates meetings notes, tasks and works faster.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Only issue is the very useful features are only there in paid plans of zoom,
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
try the free version first and I highly recommend zoom for your meetings, chats etc, If you like this product then purchase the paid plans to use the AI and more advance features
