Captions can be improve more in real time that can help the user have a proper communication,

A couple of things to keep in mind are that captions could be improved when switching languages, and additional reactions would make meetings more engaging. Overall, it’s a solid choice for smooth collaboration.

It works, and it works reliably. It also has an easy to remember name, and benefited greatly from changing communications demands kickstarted by the events of 2020.

It works, consistently. It doesn't act up or get buggy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Trying to get fancier, I don't need more features, just stay perfect at the thing you do. Focus on finding ways to improve the video experience without adding 100 new tools I'll never care to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's simple and easy, and works with everyone around the world. I haven't found a better software that works as efficiently across multiple platforms to connect them (ie windows, mac, phones, tablets, etc)
