What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The "Revenue Accelerator" (formerly Zoom IQ for Sales) is what makes this team different. It offers "Conversation Intelligence" to identify filler words, talk-to-listen ratios and customer sentiment. Competitors give basic recording but Zoom provides us the "Why" behind a won or lost deal.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The "Clips" feature will allow me to provide the one minute summary video of a proposal to a prospect. It is closer than an email and more effective than a 2nd meeting. Having access to who viewed the clip and how long they viewed it is assisting me in prioritizing my follow-ups, by interest (via actual interest level).
What do you dislike most about this product?
The "Waiting Room" experience is not quite there for high-value clients. I wish there was more that can be done to brand the pre-meeting experience with custom videos or company brochures to keep the prospect engaged while they wait on the host to join.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For Sales Team: integrating zoom with your Sale (C.R M) (R. E Salesforce or Hubsopt) almost instantly. The AI Companion has the ability to automatically push meeting notes and tasks to the CRM record. This eliminates data entry

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It primarily is a communication first tool unlike M365, Google Workspace which are centred around documents. Zoom is a real time interaction platform
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It summarizes meetings and takes notes and gives action points. This can also be used to generate contents like documents
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it feels clustered with lots of things so a better UI is required. It also has a little performance issues on rare occasions
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is not a holistic tool like Teams but also not a simple tool like Google meet. If you are looking for a end to end collaboration tool, there are other options. However, if your primary need is with meetings often, Zoom is one of the best choices.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The best thing which differentiate it from others is the ease of creating multiple breakout rooms with complete access to those.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simple UI interface which is very smooth and easy to understand.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing too dislikabke but I think the host commands should be acceptable and not forceful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes definitely. It is great for conferences and townhall meetings.
