The platform is much easier to use and navigate as compared to its peers and easily scalable for large audiences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Advanced AI integration of third party tools like Jira and Slack enabling cross platform workflows and tasks, is a standout feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
File sharing capabilities within the platform can be improved upon as they lack structure and context.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If they regularly hold large webinars or meetings, it is the go to choice. If already integrated a different system, they can review their requirements and accordingly decide.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom offers unified communication features at affordable pricing, which is one of the reasons I value and use it frequently. It also supports large meetings and events, accommodating up to thousands of participants, making it a suitable choice for global conferences, webinars, and other large-scale events.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its ability to connect a large number of users while maintaining effective communication makes it a reliable platform for both professional and organizational use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom Workplace works well and meets our communication and collaboration needs effectively. I have not experienced any significant issues while using it, so I do not have any notable dislikes about the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Zoho Workplace primarily for medium-sized and enterprise organizations because of its comprehensive features and scalability. However, small businesses and individual users can also benefit from it, as it offers a free version that is suitable for basic collaboration and communication needs. While it can be used effectively by organizations of all sizes, its functionality and advanced features make it particularly well suited for mid-market businesses and large enterprises.

Zoom Workplace is intuitive and easy to use

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
I find Zoom workplace easier to use than Microsoft Teams. The ease of use and smooth experience make it my go to choice for video conferences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to switch speaker view is probably my favorite aspect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like how the chat feature works and displays my previous chats.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend this product. It's easy to use. If you have someone who is tech challenged, it is easy to walk them through using it.
