What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Easy to use, price point, minimal training needed. Rolling out/implementing to staff is a breeze. Software update cycle.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use - most companies also use zoom so there's no learning curve.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Zoom & Mac integration. When screensharing, using the drawing tools on a mac tend to "take control". User on the other side will then have to do the "2 finger click" on their trackpad to release the tools. If you don't know this, then in most cases people will stop sharing and then have to reshare. Causing extra/wasted time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Test it, try it. Implement on a small scale then do a full send.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is not necessarily the first video conferencing program however it is a suitable one for use in a professional setting. I feel like it is more secure than others due to each meeting having a unique ID as well as the host being able to control who can actually attend.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The host being able to control who is speaking, has the option to remove someone without any difficulties. It is also very user friendly so it is simple for the average person to use which makes it so helpful since we are very highly reliant on zoom for meetings with clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to see an improvement on the transcribing feature. It is sufficient but definitely could use an improvement on how accurate it is. Maybe some implementing of AI could help make this process easier and to deliver more accurate transcriptions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
That Zoom can easily be implemented into your company and web conferencing needs. It provides a very simple platform that will not take a long time to train employees on. With it's simple features you can feel confident that your employees can easily use it.
