What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

We are mostly using zoom for our daily activity as connecting with our teammates, scheduling meetings, group calls and file sharing. In terms of use and simplicity, it is way ahead of its competitors, although in our organization we have used MS Teams also, but using zoom feels so easy and handy in daily life as a software engineer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Daily meeting with teammates, sharing important files, security it provides, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing much but its uses a lot of data as compared to other similar platforms, this is what i feel. I may be wrong but yeah sometimes it uses a lot of mobile data to load or in video calls or meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are working in a small or mid size company, definitely you can consider this Zoom workplace. For large scale companies, they can also use but with some customization and security upgrades, which you can easily get from zoom support or vendor. I love this in my day to day work.

I think the thing which differentiates it from others is its breadth of features like there are multiple features present in a single platform , they help us a lot

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Actually we have been using it for so long now and we mainly use it as a meeting platform so its quality and audio conferencing is good , scheduling meeting is very easy , it is very very easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think its video quality can be improved a little bit like when we don't have any network problem even then its video quality is not upto the mark

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it to every organization that want a perfect meting and scheduling tool at zero cost

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Almost every video chat app out there has subpar mobile apps that suck up your battery and drop calls all the time. Zoom on iOS and Android is surprisingly great and well optimized. I can switch from my laptop to phone while walking to my car without zoom crashing or freezing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature on the mobile app is the safe driving mode. It disables your video and gives you a huge “tap to speak” button so you won’t get distracted driving. Sharing my screen from iPhone works great as well when I need to quickly show someone an app mockup or setting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Battery drain is pretty heavy if you leave your camera on for more than an hour. My phone tends to heat up after long calls.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you travel often or have to take an occasional team meeting from your phone Zoom’s mobile app is a game changer. It allows you to be productive from anywhere.
