What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom's recent Clips plus feature is a standout feature which differentiates it from similar products. I use Zoom's clip plus functionality to record and edit my video meetings on Zoom without leaving the Zoom interface. I am able to cut out parts of my recorded video meetings and even add overlay to transcriptions on the edited video clips when necessary.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to use and this makes it an ideal software for I and my team's video conferencing needs. All I need to do when inviting a person to join my video conferencing needs is to share the meeting web-link with them, allowing them to join my meetings without needing to first create an account.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although Zoom has provisions for automated translations and captions, its captions are powered by AI (artificial intelligence ) , therefore making its translations and captions not accurate or reliable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Although, Zoom used to be primarily a video conferencing software at the beginning, it has now evolved into a full collaboration suite with fully-featured team messaging functionality, advanced search and file sharing capabilities amongst other features , making it the bedrock of seamless team communication in my company.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
With zoom we can quickly set up meetings. Th breakout room feature, I love; It has been particularly useful for conducting focused group discussions within larger meetings, ensuring that every aspect of a project is addressed without the need for additional calls.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate the high quality audio and video that the software offers, which make every meeting feel as close to in person as possible. Also, the screen sharing has been fantastic in our project planning and trouble shooting sessions
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom has no cons. In my opinion.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom is awesome for organization looking to enhance their communication capabilities and basic virtual meetings.

In free account they provide limited time to access meetings. But paid is also good in pricing.

Have a secure and safe meetings with zoom. But note it in free account you will get limited time for meetings. Pricing is good.
