I would recommend Zoom Workplace to teams looking for a reliable and feature-rich collaboration tool. It works well for both small meetings and larger sessions, and once you get familiar with the features, it becomes very effective for day-to-day communication.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Whiteboard difference is "whiteboard is the best because, since the whiteboard is persistent, meaning we can start a drawing in one meeting as it's still there when we get back the next week, it's not merely a temporary sketchpad, it's a real collaborative, then goes on to say "it's more tactile and fluid than the whiteboards in other apps are."

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The "smart gallery" view is really helpful for when more than one person is in the same physical room. Crops them within individual squares so that they look like remote participants. I also absolutely love the "apps" integration - we use a timer app right inside zoom that helps us to keep our standups moving along at a brisk pace. The audio clarity is always stellar.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unavailability in join some times the "join" process will take an extra click if the app has to get updated. I find the "end meeting" vs "leave meeting" buttons a bit confusing when starting off as a host.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great choice for creative teams who work with devising visualizations of their ideas, and need to work in real-time on the same idea.
