What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom as my experience It is good for doing daily scrum calls with clients as well as team members. It gives us rich audio & video quality with very low latency and background noise optimization. It available on all platforms like web, desktop and mobile app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Screen sharing, white boarding and screen recording all are my favorite features. Also zoom meeting transcription helps us to save time in note taking and making summary.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Switching calls from one device to another is not easy. Sometimes I feel background noise optimization doesn't work in web app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom using from the Covid time. It never disappoint us so always recommend and good to use tool.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It's really easy to run a 50-person meeting on zoom compared to other apps. the host controls are very fine grained and allow me to easily mute the whole group or even lock the meeting. it seems really stable even with 50 feeds. it's designed for the job.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the ability to use the "spotlight" mode to keep the primary speaker on-this gives everyone a point of focus. breakout rooms is also important to divide folks up for discussion. the quality of the recordings is always good and manageable size. it's a great, very professional tool for corporate use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a bit cluttered with the chat, the participant list and the video all on the screen. you need a large screen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's the only tool i would use if i have a meeting in a big organisation, or need to host a large meeting. very stable and gives me full control.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

we do our virtual happy hours on zoom workplace and it is, in fact, fun. it is better since it has the so-called immersive view, which makes it look like we are all sitting in a cafe or a boardroom. it makes a big difference in the sense of connectedness within the team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i personally enjoy the avatar option when i am having a bad hair day and still want to be expressive during a conference call, or the apps that you can play through the app itself, like kahoot or heads up, which are also great when it comes to team building. it does not feel like an enterprise software wants you to enjoy using it, which is unusual in enterprise software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

a few of the fun options such as the studio effects are buried somewhere in the settings. it took me a long time to discover how to give myself a digital mustache.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

in case you are interested in creating a more successful culture within a remote team, it is the tool. it helps to make work less robotic and more human.
