What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It has a lot of features as compared to other but it's AI features and quality of video and audio conferencing is just amazing that provide a reliable and interactive environment for meetings and scheduling and attending meetings is too easy with using this software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It provides user to sufficient features to do business meetings as well as team meetings it provides alot of features like screen recording voice enhancer which makes our meetings more effective.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing to dislike with using this software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has sufficient features to schedule meetings and attend meetings it provides good quality of video and audio conferencing along with the screen sharing feature and at a effective price cost which is best part of the software.

Makes large meetings feel manageable

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It's really easy to run a 50-person meeting on zoom compared to other apps. the host controls are very fine grained and allow me to easily mute the whole group or even lock the meeting. it seems really stable even with 50 feeds. it's designed for the job.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the ability to use the "spotlight" mode to keep the primary speaker on-this gives everyone a point of focus. breakout rooms is also important to divide folks up for discussion. the quality of the recordings is always good and manageable size. it's a great, very professional tool for corporate use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a bit cluttered with the chat, the participant list and the video all on the screen. you need a large screen.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's the only tool i would use if i have a meeting in a big organisation, or need to host a large meeting. very stable and gives me full control.
