What differentiates Zoho Survey from other similar products?

Zoho Survey is accessible to all staff levels. Its integration with Zoho CRM is a major differentiator for healthcare operations as it allows us to centralize patient feedback and track it through the entire patient journey

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customization options for branding and question types are vast. I also like that Even non-technical team members can quickly create surveys.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Advanced survey logic features are limited on lower-tier plans

I thing Zoho survey is totally worth it if you give it a shot
