It's very easy to use, also has a wide range of features which are very effective and detailed when compared to competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
MAin features like Social reporting, sentiment analysis and competitor analysis reports are very detailed and more appealing. It is an amazing tool to make reports from.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer service s not up to the mark, eats a lot of time while onboarding the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Absolutely go for it. It is an emerging favorite of marketers.

Zoho social includes all the essential tools and features to create a successful social media presence for a company, its products, or services. In addition to being fast, intuitive, and easy to use, it allows you to control the entire content flow from a single control panel. Moreover, it has a very powerful predictive engine and a very affordable price.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how clean and attractive the monitoring panel is. Zoho Social allows us to manage several social channels simultaneously, schedule campaigns, plan publications, monitor and manage the content of each client in real-time, in a faster, more convenient, and simple way. Its advanced tools allow us to reach a wider target audience, maintain more effective communication with customers and, at the same time, build strong and lasting relationships, in addition to its excellent integration with Zoho CRM.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to see support extended to other social media platforms or channels; adding Pinterest and Youtube for example to the list of accessible platforms would be ideal, also, we have encountered many problems when posting on Facebook; therefore, I think it is an element to explore and improve.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The digital transformation process has made companies need platforms that improve their processes to be more productive and competitive, Zoho Social enables efficient management of content, development, and positioning of the brand, products, and services on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, which will ultimately help you save a lot of time and effort in repetitive operations. Zoho Social is an extremely efficient and easy-to-use tool that allows companies to target the most relevant audiences, reduce costs, etc. It is worth using!
