What differentiates Zoho Expense from other similar products?
Designed to settle project costs as well as costs incurred during paperless customer visits. Traditionally, each individual amount of money is saved in its entirety on the receipt - Excel sheet paste the receipt on the back and return the paper confirmation entry to accounting software - Excel sheet settlement The flow of the paper receipt, on the other hand, was too good for paper, making it difficult to make a mistake on the reentry portion. Following the submission of ZohoExpense, each individual takes a photo with their phone, enters the settlement amount, clicks the submit weekly button, the accounting side confirms and approves.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Also, because it works with Zoho CRM (customer management software) and ZohoBooks (accounting software), with whom did it happen? It may also be documented and used to keep track of and regulate individual client expenses. Accounting journals are also generated automatically, obviating the requirement for separate accounting after expenses are solved. By reimbursing travel and expenditures, the approval procedure was streamlined and the processing time was decreased. Because it is still electronic data, it was possible to make it paperless.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This tool, which was initially developed as an English tool, contains some untranslated/dangerous technical language. There's also a smartphone app, albeit it's almost entirely in English.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You won't need a manual since you'll be able to figure out how to do everything yourself. Because you can verify it right away if you put it in the flow, the approval procedure is quite rapid. The problem was handled by lowering costs, shortening settlement times, and simplifying the customer's unit cost display. Because expenditures are paid individually, storing and exchanging documentation required a long time, but it was able to cut the time in half and get the benefit of being more exact.

What differentiates Zoho Expense from other similar products?
Zoho Expense support team was very responsive and friendly too. And the second reason why we choose to utilize Zoho Expense, in comparison to the other bigger expense reporting tools, the pricing was very affordable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Expense gets all our receipts organized and our staff members are now saving time as they used to spend a lot of time-saving receipts and collecting expense reports. It has also benefited our finance team as they are now having ample time to review reports submitted by employees. We are able to plan for our travel in advance using Zoho Expenses.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho Expense is easy to use and streamlines the expenses approval process. There is nothing i find i dislike about the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A great deal of time is saved with Zoho expense and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for other companies to try out.
