What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Pricing, support, and the usability of the ZOHO software helped us to utilize the team's capability even during those difficult times, and we are still using that software even though we are working from the office right now because we discovered that using those tools helps us to deliver better results by reducing a lot of manual work in tracking and communications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pricing, support, and the usability of the ZOHO software helped us to utilize the team's capability even during those difficult times, and we are still using that software even though we are working from the office right now because we discovered that using those tools helps us to deliver better results by reducing a lot of manual work in tracking and communications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They should provide one demo plan or starter plan that anyone can try and use for free for a few days, and only if they find it useful or suited to their company's needs should they be willing to pay for it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To utilize ZOHO, don't seek reviews or suggestions. I made the same mistake and wasted nearly two months trying to make a decision and obtain approval from my hierarchy. Simply use it, and I am confident you will be surprised by the depth of the ZOHO products.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Despite the fact that each module must be paid separately, Zoho One addresses one of the primary difficulties. Zoho One reduces costs while increasing income for the firm. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho CRM keeps us in touch with our clients, interacts with Zoho Mail, and has grown with our company. Our entire department utilizes Zoho to store customer information and monitor every correspondence. I like how simple it is and how it gives the user all the information in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The sole disadvantage of utilizing this is that data management is challenging due to the restricted storage edition. Furthermore, new themes should be introduced to make it appear more original and inventive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Through its entire set of modules, you can create an advanced level of CRM that helps your business stay monitored and accessible on all levels. It's also inexpensive.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

I am using the software to improve communications with customers and drive sales of the products we distribute. It comes with tools such as call and email management, where we can attend to our customers in the various channels, without having to leave the system. Everything is configured and designed in such a way that it feels very simple and unorganized.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In the same control panel I have the email entries and the calls attended and that I have to make. It also has a customer history that allows us to know the customer's relationship with the company and our products, also has a large database that allows us to get leads easily and in our area.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a bit cumbersome to learn all its functions, since it has modules for different departments. We wanted on our own to integrate the program with additional ones to improve the experience, but we did not succeed, we needed the help of technical support and customer service to do so.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have been able to create a team that is much more focused on selling and increasing customers, thanks to the tools provided by this software, besides the fact that it is easy to use. This software is perfect for any type of company regardless of its size or activity, because it has other modules such as marketing, support and others that will undoubtedly help to improve the objectives of any company.
