What differentiates Workzoom from other similar products?
The solution is seamless in terms of the merchandise itself and also the people that support it. As well, worker self-service is intuitive and simply accessible, reducing hr administration and permitting us to concentrate on people instead of process. Within the same way, the members of the Nortek team partner with our business every step of the way to guarantee we get what we’d like from the solution, after we need it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We’ve gotten tremendous worth streamlining and automating processes that were at one time manual for us similar to our quarterly performance reviews. As a result of it’s an integrated application all our employees are mechanically a part of the review cycle. I actually have direct insight into however our individuals are doing at my fingertips and wherever we want to focus attention for improvement. Additionally being able to push coaching automatically to teams of employees and set goals and objectives for the corporate is great.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to workers turnover of our application administrator, we’ve got not been able to implement all the modules that we initially wanted. We’ve got needed further coaching to induce the remaining unit of time team to hurry on the solution. Nortek has continuing to produce each in-person and on-line training to help us that has helped bridge any data gaps.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest working with Nortek, they’re a good organization and we are seeing a lot of results and success from using their system.
