What differentiates WorkTango from other similar products?

Very easy for employees to issue rewards to their coworkers, as well as earn their own rewards through posted company incentives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If the incentives posted by the company drive the desired activiity, both the end employee and management end up happy with their engagement. It's up to the deploying team to decide how best to use the tool to incent their staff though.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As mentioned above, think about what actions you're trying to drive from your employee base and create smart, desired incentive levels around those. If meaningful rewards are tough to achieve, or the incentives created don't apply directly to the success of the org, it doesn't make sense.

What differentiates WorkTango from other similar products?

The purpose of Kazoo I believe is to foster better relationship among colleagues by congratulating each other on their system. It aims to be a one spot resource for everything related to performance and it might be helpful for managers but for others especially in small firms, it doesn't seem that something like this is needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A platform dedicated to recognizing good work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I doubt something like this is needed. There are already so many platforms that an employee has to juggle with. What kazoo does can be well managed on any of the many tools available in market

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Buy it if what they offer is actually needed! The tool is nice and friendly, yes but do you really need it is a question that needs to be answered before making any decision.
