What differentiates WorkTango from other similar products?

The kazoo platform is straightforward to customise with branding, prizes, points, and this helps it want it’ part of our organization and encourages team members to utilize it. I prefer the thought and how user friendly kazoo is. To be able to reward your teammates with points and them exchange those for prizes is awesome. One among the items i prefer best regarding kazoo is engaging with workers and showing appreciation for others. Particularly in a remote environment, it’s hard to envision those interactions between others. Kazoo provides a exposure into each employee’ relationships, projects, and personalities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Kazoo helped me put a reputation to a face with people on my time. I prefer how after you get recognized, its connected with one among the team values. Other people can see the popularity if its public or you is rewarded privately. I prefer the newsfeed and the way you can see other people’s rewards. And there are smart choices to redeem your points for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There’s a small amount of manual work to enter and remove employees because we don’t utilize the HRIS integration. Kazoo has offered to assist set it up, but we decided against it, therefore not a real negative.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re searching for an agile platform to bring all of your recognition and reward programs into one, this is the system.

What differentiates WorkTango from other similar products?

I like having the ability to designate more or less points to those that you recognize depending on what you’re recognizing them for. I cannot compare to competitors because I have not used a distinct platform than Kazoo.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Kazoo is a great way to create up morale, encourage workers to celebrate each other’ strengths, make healthy decisions, and learn additional regarding the field we work in. I like to induce and provides feedback on there and it encourages me to create higher choices day by day (drinking enough water, packing my lunch, etc.). I may “high five” others for doing an excellent job, as well! It’s been a great motivator for me!

What do you dislike most about this product?

GUI isn’t intuitive to search out your balance and redeem rewards. No ability to buy X.xx amount of gift card balances (amazon specifically) solely able to redeem on specific amounts five, ten twenty five etc. would be nice to own a minimum limit to redeem however there has to be the simplest way to redeem all points to get gift cards of any amount.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are several advantages with Kazoo, the most important having the ability to recognize the accomplishments of those I work with and vice-versa. It conjointly helps us to remain motivated professionally and otherwise to earn points. I suggest this software because it has many options that you would love to have in software. It also has excellent support employees that reply to you as fast as they can.

What differentiates WorkTango from other similar products?

My favorite part of kazoo is that workers can shout out to every other. They will send rewards to those who have created their day brighter or easier or who helped go in a pinch. It extremely does brighten a day after they receive that email. Added bonus is that the ability to high-five the recognition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The kazoo platform is straightforward to customise with branding, prizes, points, and this helps it feel like it’ a part of our organization and encourages team members to utilize it. I prefer how once you get recognized, its connected with one of the team values. People can see the popularity if its public otherwise you will be rewarded privately. I prefer the newsfeed and the way you’ll see alternative peoples rewards. And there are sensible choices to redeem your points for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only things I dislike regarding kazoo are the constant little errors that have occurred throughout our time on the patform. For example, multiple times now, we’ve dealt with points not being disbursed correctly at the beginning of a quarter. They’re straightforward issues to fix, however, it simply takes a more manual lift to fix them on our end.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d 100% advocate kazoo to anyone who is considering buying the platform. It’s changed the way that we move with our workers, however, our employees interact with every other, and allowed us to pivot throughout these turbulent times.
