What differentiates Workday Spend Management from other similar products?
Account management/categorization, vendor management, cost-free wire transfers, digital checks, virtual and physical card management, budget management, and team member controls. The list is endless. This tool was excellent because it met all of our organizational goals' requirements and provided the formula for our company's success.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that the Workday Expense Management enables me to create both virtual and physical credit cards and that they can be attached to Apple Pay for simplicity. As a remote worker for a US firm, this has been a huge help for me when it comes to expense reporting. The app is excellent as well and notifies us of transactions immediately. Support is appropriate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There wasn't much we could have asked for, but the platform experience has been steadily becoming better. The interest rates on the sum in MMA accounts, however, are one area where I believe workday expenses might improve.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Choose Workday Expense Management as your online expenditure platform to save time and stress! Users may quickly submit their receipts for approval, approvers can quickly evaluate them, and employees can simply track their reimbursements. Reporting expenses is stress-free during the workday. I think it's a great tool and advise you to use it.

What differentiates Workday Spend Management from other similar products?
I am a marketing professional that organizes events for our business. If I require extra resources while on-site, our controller can immediately increase my limit. The success of the program depends on finding solutions rapidly, and cash flow is not a concern.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workday Expense Management is simple for us as a user to keep track of our monthly balance and understand what we can and cannot expense. It's incredibly user-friendly and simple to utilize the smartphone app. I've gotten in touch with their support service a few times, and each time they've been friendly and eager to help. Adding allowance to accounts and monitoring employee expenditure are simple administrative tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The travel website where I can book flights is not my favorite. Every time I've tried to use it, it has produced different error messages, forcing me to contact their travel concierge. They also don't respond quickly enough or pay attention enough, prolonging conversations beyond what is necessary.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because it is so easily prepared, it makes my salespeople pleased to utilize it and my managers happy that they don't have to spend a lot of time reviewing it. As the admin and accountant, I have access to a lot of data for reporting purposes as well as the ability to support the entire staff.
