What differentiates Workbooks CRM from other similar products?

Workbooks CRM Makes the integration of all processes smooth and eliminated the needs for other softwares that got very convoluted to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lead forensics and lead generation was the highlight of Workbooks as we sought to grow our outreach capabilities

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is overwhelming and clunky at times when a user is not properly trained

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Utilize customer support from the very beginning to ensure you are starting off knowledgable and comfortable with all of the features
