What differentiates Workbooks CRM from other similar products?

Me and my team love using Workbooks to enhance our collaboration. With this software, we can function as a whole, we can track emails and leads and synchronize this information so no one misses anything. When working on projects, we are able to collaborate efficiently and communicate with everyone inside of the software. Having this tool as a real estate company has offered us so much help in regards to our contact management, setting reminders about our leads and creating custom goals for each one. Satisfying our customers is our number one goal, and with Workbooks we have been capable of retaining our clients and keeping track of them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Workbooks is such an user-friendly platform that allows us to generate extensive reports that give insights into our customer interactions, showing us which areas can be improved and which areas are performing well, and tracking our progress and efficiency of the overall pipeline health is easy to do so in the platform. The flexibility of the platform also enables full control of the customer-seller process, offering tools such as customer tracking, lead tracking, as well as invoicing and campaign tracking. The interface is great and my favorite aspect of it is the task scheduling because it keeps me focused on all the activities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would say Workbooks is a great tool overall, but some areas can definitely be improved. For example, there is no way to use the software offline, you have to always be connected, even in the mobile applications. I feel like softwares these days should have at least some form of offline access to some key features of it. That being said, the mobile applications are not as complete as the desktop one, which is unfortunate because sometimes I need to catch up with some prospects and I don't have immediate access to my computer. When it comes to integration with other applications, Workbooks can also do better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before acquiring this CRM tool, consider that access to integration with other apps is also limited and some other tools that I can work with I haven't been able to integrate because of this, which causes issues with synchronization of data. If this is not a problem, then consider the positive points I have found about this platform to integrate it into your company.

What differentiates Workbooks CRM from other similar products?

It's a very good tool that helps you a lot in tracking your accounts and contact details, such as customers and suppliers. This tool can also be used to send sales orders, invoices, credit notes, contracts, and supplier orders. The CRM can remind you of your most important activities, and with the help of its views, reports, and dashboards, you can monitor your marketing efforts and sales success.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This is a very special type of tool that helps you prepare reports, analyze sales and customer behavior, manage email campaigns, and also has the ability to track cases, along with many other features. This tool contains countless options, and it allows you to create any type of report very easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my opinion, there is a need to improve the integration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The reporting system of this software is extremely powerful, and with its help, you can combine different types of data and create strong, reliable reports. Another important thing is that although it can be a bit difficult to use, it provides excellent training, help, and support, so you don’t have to face difficulties while using it.
