WordPress provides really easy drag and drop features that any non-techy can easily use and create a blog or website.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's super easy to use!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like it most, but I would like take a peek on WordPress self hosted platform as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, go for it. Super cheap and simple to implement and use.
