What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

Wordpress has a very easy to understand user interface. As someone who is uploading and creating content in Wordpress (without many coding skills), it is easy to figure out. There hasn't been anything I have needed too much support on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the templated approach to the pages. If you want something custom, you can code it in, but you also can drag and drop templates as they make sense for the content you are creating.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it can be intimidating, but I think that's just a general complain about web content platforms because I am not super familiar with coding. But if I am on the front end of the program, it's a lot easier to understand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is great for building a client website if you need to pass off the content management to them. Even without much web experience, clients will be able to understand how to input content as they need to.
