What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

It is just so easy to use. Really really simple. Other CMS' have strange ways of accessing content or the editing is clunky. WP is great

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Anybody could use it, no matter the skill level

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you struggle with coding (if you need to edit a webpage) it's not that easy to use for that purpose

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

try Free, but it's honestly the best. Many freelancers specialize in WP too if you need help

Some of the preset themes are hard to work with.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you get stuck on something, use their tutorials or look it up. It is probably easier than you realize and you'll be past your issues in no time!
