What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

Well, two or three things. First, WordPress has the best plugin store in the CMS game and so is spectacularly and easily customizable. Second,, that plus its out of the box structure gives SEOs the widest possible range of tools. Third, it's popularity means that you can find multiple in-depth explainers online for virtually any problem you're having so you' aren't dependent on their in-house service department.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I'm an experienced general SEO, but a content specialist and so can say without hesitation that the content optimization features of WordPress are second to none.

What do you dislike most about this product?

WordPress is easy to customize, but you absolutely have to customize it ... and sometimes the plugins and themes you have to do that with break it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Unless you need a robust e-commerce platform, this is the CMS you're looking for.

It has a lot of customization(based on the plan) you can add an extra money and have the posibily to install plugins or themes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Is really easy to use for a non-techy user

What do you dislike most about this product?

Is imposible to add a feature if you have a personal plan, if you want to add more customization you will need to upgrade your plan.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you plan to create a blog, a news site, a simple store, it is the best option you can get, without having to deal with hosting companies.
