What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

Set of amazing features provided by WordPress are damn good, timely security updates, wide range of plugins and themes available makes it stand different.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes themes or plugins doesn't works properly and even there's no proper documentation available. Also i faced automatic password change issues several time for my wp-admin but I was unable to track, there should be a ip or location log.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're a beginner, intermediate or even a pro no matter, you can easily start with WordPress, it provides time to time updates and even there are lot of customisations available.
