What differentiates Vtiger One from other similar products?
For us it was inexpensive to get started, to learn, and to implement. Then as we grew, Vtiger offered a growth path and the functionality we needed as a small business to leverage a powerful system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Even though we are small, we still can use just what we need, and that gives us the appearance of being a bigger organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not much, except that it is probably way more than we can utilize.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to run your small company properly, you need proper CRM and Vtiger is a great product with all the features you could need. If you are a medium or large company, this product is full featured and you will love the design and useability of this system.

Technical support was not able to solve my issue and I will not be able to continue using the software.

Don't use it if you have iphone.
