What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

UKG is the only payroll product I have used. I have found it very user friendly however I do wish there were more face to face/ono on one trainings

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

UI is really good in UKG Pro compared to others I have seen. Some features are stuck and have not been developed in years even though clients raise lots of ideas and really necessary things to improve in this software but the company does not seem to be considering some of these ideas - feedback through ideas is one of the most important things to look for and when some ideas with lots of votes are there for years without any set priorities or updates, that does not encourage clients and does not ensure them that someone is actually looking into those ideas. The good thing is that UKG has started following a clear path of releases.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User interface, easy of usability. Performance of the tool. Clear release schedule and quicker bug fixes compared to a year+ when there were quarterly releases

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of some mandatory features that others have. Slow support response time. Hard customization of specific features, Dell Boomi

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To speak with clients using the tool first in order to get their feedback and experience of implementing the tool as well as maintaining it
