What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

It is used widely among the hospitals so our healthcare clients use it to help with integration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

uncertain at this time, HCM is working very well but still have some set up issues with WFM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

N/A, we went with a new application so there have been learning opportunities that may not have been with an existing application

deep dive of your needs vs actual tools. speak with current clients to understand usage and satisfaction

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

The Kronos legacy of work force management strength and capabilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I don't have a favorite aspect, much of it can be very frustrating.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The periodic releases are not stress-tested enough. After releases, I usually spend a lot of time fixing things that mysteriously changed, as well as logging a lot of support cases for other surprises I can't fix myself. Also it seems as if, even 2 years after their merger, the organization is not well integrated. The HCM product itself is functional, but we do not use many of the features because they are poorly thought out and released before they are really MVPs. Plus, the ability to find useful online documentation is poor, it is either too simplistic, involve circular explanations, or not outcome based. Training content is brochure-ware.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider buying best in breed from a number of different vendors if you have the resources to support that.
