What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

UKG offers an all in one experience. By consolidating the timekeeping abilities of Kronos and creating features that integrate both platforms, it allows the business to get a better overall picture without a lot of hassle.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy that there are always new features being released, and that they allow and sometimes implement ideas submitted by customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times it can seem overwhelming, and sometimes product support takes a while to answer when cases are created, or when a customer posts a response that has a question.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that if someone were to use this product, they should ensure that they ask a lot of questions during the initial setup to ensure less corrections down the line. It's far easier to have the team that assists during initial setup to put everything together, than it is to either do it on your own later or create a case that will either involve UKG or a trusted partner to find a solution. There are plenty of learning aids in Ultimate Community and Kronos Community, but those can be a little overwhelming since there are so many sources for answers, and some may be outdated. Consider future changes and ask questions!

The BI reporting features.

Research UKG and have calls with the reps to understand all the features before implementation.
