What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Others could not similarly tailor the system to our specific requirements. Their payroll process was inefficient and time-consuming, and we had various tax concerns with payroll. The reporting and analytics capabilities were limited. UKG Pro is an excellent solution for our businesses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All employees have access to a database, which includes a directory, as well as an easy portal for time clock administration, benefits, file sharing, and training. I enjoyed how simple and convenient it was to use this app on my phone to clock in every day. Through here, I was able to request time off, sick days, and holiday compensation. I didn't have to go to my director.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the inability to give several company codes to an employee who may be paid differently in separate company codes, but this affects a small number of employees and there is a workaround. Aside from that, I don't have many, if any, cons for this software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this tool to every organization. UKG is user-friendly and covers all of our departments' processes. The customer service is excellent and prompt. Overall, we've saved a lot of paper and gained a lot of efficiencies by minimizing manual operations. Our decision was based primarily on the cost and level of customer service given.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

The Other system was not interconnected, requiring us to enter redundant data, and it only provided payroll services, and it was more expensive than UKG Pro. UKG Pro delivered the greatest solution to fit our unique demands and the best overall value; also, customer service and training were significantly greater than what other vendors offered.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We've discovered some optimized payroll business methods, as well as within Onboarding. Overall, my experience with this software and company has been positive. When I need to, I can easily clock in and leave. It has a handy toolbar that names everything. Great features for communicating with all staff about anything. Customization and the capacity to add our own fields are highly valued features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The major disadvantage of the software, in my opinion, is that the mobile app lacks some functionality that the PC software has. Some functionalities that I regularly have access to are not available on the mobile app. More training sources, at the very least, could be valuable to the BI functionality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

UKG is advantageous to our organization, and if you are willing to put in the effort up front, you can make things work in your favor. It is simple to use if you understand the system. It does, however, necessitate some initial effort. I love the capacity to manage employee information and benefits, as well as the time management program.

UKG is more extensive than other software, allowing better management in large companies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UKG has been of support to our employees and company, since it offers us all the necessary tools and the best thing is that everything is within a software; Employee information, when entering the company, and editing their data as time goes by, inspections, error correction, payroll, working hours, entry and exit, among others that make us choose UKG.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not that I dislike it, but that the prices are somewhat high, but I understand that it is worth it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The fact that employees have access to company information, such as holidays, hours and days off, makes it more efficient. In addition, its breadth allows us to handle files of any size.
