Sending important board meeting communiqué via SMS

What differentiates Textmagic from other similar products?

We have been using TextMagic for the past 8 years and I must say that it has proven to be a tools to optimize communication. Generally, after our board meetings, we send our notes of meeting as well as a communiqué. However, we noticed that the open rate for these was very low. With TextMagic, we were able to send these via a link, send by SMS to all of our members. This optimized our reach, making sure also that our important messages are communicated timely. Best of all, we were able to have a record for this via the TextMagic online CRM SMS platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really appreciated that we could copy-paste our phone numbers for our contacts from an spreadsheet and have them imported in bulk into the TextMagic account.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While we do love the custom sender ID feature, having a new custom sender ID cost a fee, and I find this abusing. It should be free for existing clients in my opinion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have never ever had a downtime with TextMagic, and for the years that I have been using their services, I can confirm that they are a trusted and reputable company. I recommend that your check their website and request a free trial. I am sure you'll love it and adopt it for a very long time.

What differentiates Textmagic from other similar products?

When we started looking for a texting solution, text magic was very simple to use, its cost per text was lower than other options and it had all the features we needed to contact customers as well as to schedule the messages and save predetermined messages. I would say that other sites looked "fancier" than TextMagics but at the end it made it more complicated, I personally as a 42 year old guy appreciated the simpleness of the tool. O as well I liked the pay as you go or how I used it and that we did not need to get into any plans

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that it tells me exactly what cost will I have when we do the text blast, the easiness of creating the blasts, the ease of getting the contacts with a CSV file.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish it was easier to link to my website and get the contacts automatically, as well it would be great to segregate the contacts, it takes for ever to select who I'm sending the blast too depending on who has bought what or what type of services they are interested in.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Constant contact with your client is crucial to build a relationship as well as to increase sell's Text Magic has been one of the many tools that we use to do this very effectively and within a reasonable cost vs reward

What differentiates Textmagic from other similar products?

Easy to use interface. The dashboard is of a high quality, and the CSV import feature is incredibly useful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way in which you can jump between talking to different customers who have been messaged saves a lot of time. Allows many text based customer support chats to be operated from a computer instead of a mobile.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There doesn't seem to be a massive amount of customisability outside of the features offered.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that you have the ability to export your customer mobile numbers to a CSV format, as this will save a lot of time when importing contacts.
