Many people knows TextMagic as the SMS sender platform, but what they don't know is that TextMagic has some other powerful features: the email validation & lookup which allows organizations to validate the emails risk levels as well cleaning their mailing lists for inactive and emails. This helps improve email deliverability in the future and improve response rate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that as super admin, you can create sub-accounts and give access to members in your organization, while being able to allocate credits and monitor the activity (SMS history) and usage. I also love the email lookup feature, which goes the extra mile, by performing email risk assessments based on IPs and other security factors. The ability to create private lists is also great, as these lists can then be shared to specific sub-accounts, right through the TextMagic dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

TextMagic does not offer post-pay accounts, which for many businesses would have been really helpful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

TextMagic is one of the rare, reliable and professional SMS services that offers multiple payment solutions: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal and Bank Transfer. This facilitates a lot of transactions, especially when you have an issue with a payment method or are located in a geographical region that provides limited payment methods. They are reliable all the way and will definitely contribute to the success of your business and projects.

What differentiates Textmagic from other similar products?

TextMagic is not the the average SMS providers for mass SMS. Its dashboard had the ability of letting you schedule your whole campaign right from your browser (Opera, Chrome, etc.), and have some unique sets of tools: carrier lookup, SMS length calculator, online invoice generator, and the list goes one with useful, yet simple but free tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that we are able to customize our sender ID to match our brand, giving our campaign a professional look, as well as a branded outreach. The scheduling option has won my heart, for it allowed me to write multiple campaign texts far in advance, saving a lot of time, when it comes to sending these campaign and reminders multiple times during the day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The need to purchase a dedicated phone number to be able to receive SMS is a little annoying. The phone number should be included, or at least 1 phone number, for any businesses using TextMagic paid services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

TextMagic does have mobile capabilities, with the availability of its iOS and Android application. You will definitely save a lot of time, if sending regular but numerous SMS forms part of your business activities or organizational processes. It's worth giving a try and adopting. Highly reliable global SMS services.

What differentiates Textmagic from other similar products?

While generating an API key with other providers require a manual intervention by customer support, with TextMagic, an API key can be generated right away from the dashboard. What's even more amazing is that TextMagic provides a sandbox, for proper testing and clear documentations of API commands.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the callback URL features, where delivery notifications can be sent automatically to your desired destination. I also find amazing, for less advanced IT users, the ability to send SMS via emails, in bulk, without any coding knowledge required. Integration is so easy also via Zapier, which gave us access to our most used apps like Gmail and MailChimp.

What do you dislike most about this product?

TextMagic rarely offers promotions or discounts. Also messages sent but not delivered are charged as same.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking to optimize the communications of your business or at the workplace, TextMagic will definitely help you achieve this goal, for the fee of an SMS for each message sent. While it might not be the most cost effective solution, it will definitely improve your business processes.
