What differentiates Textedly from other similar products?
It is super intuitive and helps us get information to customers, it is a simple platform to navigate and the best way to reach multiple contacts with the press of a button, the application is very easy to use and offers excellent analysis to see the frequency with which you send text messages, it is also perfect for sending emergency information, it has a clean and simple user interface that is easy to use, you can also predefine templates so that introductory messages are easy and fast, it is a easy-to-use platform that anyone can learn.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that you can create organized groups to send messages related to that specific group, I also love the platform is being able to send links from multiple recipients to surveys that need to be completed, I also like where you can track the results of your message and the subscription plans to fit your marketing budget, I loved being able to upload your contact list easily instead of having to manually add each person, the option to include images for specific audiences is useful for our top-tier consumers, too. I like that I can send bulk text messages quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only recommendation I would have is to have more detailed analytics that tell the customer which of the prospects actually read, opened, or clicked on the link rather than grouping all the customers together.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very affordable and could not be easier to use, I would recommend anyone who needs sms automation to use this great platform, I assure you that you will not regret it.
