What do you dislike most about this product?

One drawback is the lack of support for multimedia messaging (MMS). We occasionally want to include images or videos to enhance our campaigns, but Textedly's focus on plain text messages limits our creativity in that regard. Furthermore, as our contact list grows, the platform's pricing structure can become a bit costly. What differentiates Textedly from other similar products?

Textedly is very user friendly and reports are great as compared to other similar platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sending out mass text to our users is very easy. it help to easily upload the list of mobile numbers as subscribers. it also help to schedule the text messages so they can be sent on defined timings. it is very straight forward and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently we cannot delete the person info from Database who is no more working with the organization , the only option available is to deactivate. you cannot simply type in a phone number and send a message until a user is added in a subscriber list.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you are looking for a great texting service this is awesome. Textedly has helped me communicate better to my groups.
